Financial Responsibility

 Assessments are billed at the rate of $150.00 per hour for testing, scoring and report preparation time.  The fee for treatment sessions varies with the type of treatment and the length of service.  If we are providers for your insurance company, we will obtain a precertification for your evaluation and/or treatment prior to evaluation or treatment.  In that case,  you are responsible for your deductible and copayment at the time of service, as well as for any services your insurer denies.  If we are not a provider for your insurance, you may either pay via cash, check or credit card at the time of service; or if you have good credit, apply for a payment plan. 

Reserved for You:   We do not double book.  You appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  For this reason, we require 48 hours of appointment cancellation or reschedule.  Otherwise, you are responsible to pay for the missed session prior to your next appointment
